TRAIN 8NINE Digital Programs encompass everything from daily workouts, lifestyle habits, nutrition coaching, and motivation. Through the use of an app, you’ll receive all your daily tasks right on your phone.

- [ ] Lifestyle Habits: forging habits are incredibly important to help you reach your goals. Habits can be anything from getting the sunlight to digital detox to meditating.
- [ ] Motivation: I’ll be sending you motivation and education pieces to keep you on track.
- [ ] One-way messaging: let us know how you're doing.
When you’re ready to begin, simply choose the option that best suits you. You will receive an onboarding email with instructions, an assessment, and how to download the app and input your profile. Once you’ve completed that, we are ready to begin.
You will then explore the app and all its features.
On your first scheduled training day, you’ll receive a workout and a to-do list. This list will consist of habits and tasks such as photos and stats.
When it comes to your training session, the app will guide you through my program step-by-step. You’ll start with the warm-up. Then lead into the movements. Each movement will have a video along with reps, sets, and weights. Once completed, you’ll hit “done” and we will get a notification. You can leave me a message and even rate the workout.
Our program allows us to give you years of experience in one simple place.
