Fitness and nutrition have always been huge factors in my life. I love to play sports, eat clean and get good workouts in at the gym, at home, or even on the beach. After receiving my bachelor's degree in kinesiology, I personal trained, taught group classes, and owned my own training studio. I then decided to switch career paths and I became a State Trooper. After a few years of doing that, I have decided to get back into the fitness field doing what I love.
