With this program you will get 16 weeks of progressive workouts to primarily grow your glutes and make your legs strong. Consisting of 3 lower body days and 2 upper days, the aim is to get your toned and strong. Also allowing messaging with a pt for any questions regarding program or nutritional support (additional costs may apply for nutrition)
6 week gym workout plan to get you started and into the habit of working out. 4 day workout, lasting roughly 45 minutes per session, with 1 mobility workout per week 2 Lower body and 2 Upper body sessions.
8 Week workout block. 2 phases of 4 weeks each. 4 day splits, 2 lowers, 2 uppers plus core. 1 x Fit 3D Scan
