5 pack of 1/2 hour Personal Training sessions for Buddy Training either in-person or via Zoom. Buddy Sessions are a great way to have fun and stay motivated working out with a friend! All sessions will agreed upon on with trainer and clients and must have both participants. Sessions must be used within 3 months
Not sure you want online programming, in-person training, or both? No worries! This "Trial Programming" is a great way to see which is the right fit for you. For two weeks you get all the features of the Workout Programming: access to your workouts in the training app, exercise videos and instruction, a weekly plan for workouts, direct connection to your trainer through messaging.
This 12 week program is designed to be started in early postpartum. As early as 2-4 weeks after giving birth, you will be supported with helpful, relevant information on how to care for your body as it recovers and cares for an infant. You will also be given gentle stretches and exercises to help rehab the body, fight soreness from the demands of motherhood, and slowly reactivate your core. This program will give your body the care it needs in this new season and provide a foundation of strength for your fitness journey after birth! These workouts average 15-20 minutes long. Equipment needed: resistance band, foam roller, tennis ball or lacrosse ball, light weights, large stability ball (optional)
For this package you get the convenience of workouts programmed through you in the app by your trainer and a personal training session set-up once a month to keep you on track and accountable. This combination package is the perfect way to have the guidance of your trainer, regular check-ins, and your daily/weekly workouts created for you to do on your time!
Join other motivated people for a group training session with your trainer. During the hour session you will get in a good workout, enjoy community and support and learn how to exercise effectively! This package includes one session a week for four weeks and access to the group and trainer through the app. You can track data, see workouts, message your group, and set habit goals.
For in-person clients who want access to their workouts/exercise videos/notes. This app allows you to schedule, log, track your workouts you create in your sessions with your trainer. With the app you also have the ability to see your rep/weight recommendations and message your trainer to stay in contact in between sessions.

Designed especially for mom's bodies after the changes of pregnancy but suitable for anyone wanting to get back into running. These workouts average 20-40 minutes long. A 5 week challenge that is customized to YOUR goals and ideal habits. Pick 2-3 habits, a big fitness/health goal, and workouts to strive toward for 5 weeks. Gain points by completing tasks, enjoy mutual encouragement from other participants and your coach! Feel and look different at the end with your regular commitment!
Strength training for runners. Includes all the needed exercises to keep your body strong and injury free while running. This has been designed for beginners (new to running or strength training) as well as experienced runners needing something to assist them in their goals. Start now and see your body change and running improve!
This is an 8 week program designed to help heal and strengthen your core after having a baby. Whether you have an ab separation, back pain, or general weakness these exercises will help you feel and look better. These workouts average 12-15 minutes long and go 6 days a week. This is suitable for new moms all the way to grandma age and in-between! It is never too late to strengthen your core! Equipment needed: mat, set of light dumbbells, large stability ball (optional), light dumbbells
This month-long challenge will get your body fit and toned for summer! Join other motivated people as you commit to workouts, daily habits, and goals that will change you for the better. Women-specific workouts will be loaded into your fitness app and your trainer (me) will be following and guiding you as you make the most of this month!
Get ready for summer with this new challenge that takes place in May! You will commit to completing daily habits and weekly workouts that are loaded into your fitness app. Intermediate level will have 4 workouts a week, Advanced level will have 5 workouts a week. Winner of the challenge will receive a prize!

Your consultation session (with your workout partner/buddy) is an hour long. It includes time to go over goals, fitness abilities, potential plan, a movement screen to check areas of potential weakness or injury, and a short workout. A training consultation is a great way to see if personal training is the right route for you and get an idea of what it will be like, as well as an opportunity for me to get to know you!
Add a training session to your programming package or use it to collaborate with your trainer on "next steps" in this fitness journey. This session is an hour for you to use however you want!
