During this 8-week program you will be using machines only. Why machines? They take the guess work out of executing proper form. Unlike a barbell squat, a seated leg press on the machine makes it much easier to focus on the desired muscle group. This particular program runs 3 days a week. An example would be M/W/F. This means workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Rest days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends.
