My name is Noel Mercedes , I am a NASM nationally certified Personal trainer . I have spent the last 10 years educating , practicing and coaching 100’s of people to hit 1000’s of their fitness goals. I played sports my whole life and have always been into health and fitness from a young age. I started working in the industry professionally after leaving Pennsylvania state University where I studied Exercise science. I got my chance to start coaching with a high end New York City fitness company. I spent 4 yrs training NY's elites before deciding to venture out starting my own business.
