Tailored program with 1 optional session a month to go through any exercise questions or corrections as needed). Bi-weekly check-in - 15 min video call for workout and progression review (e.g. answer questions, discuss progression or regressions, collect feedback, nutrition, and strength goals). Access workout log and monitoring app for trainer analysis and adapt as needed. Access to the app community Extra ad-hoc sessions for my current students/clients are 35 euros (sessions should be booked in advance)
Online and in person sessions with personal trainer.
