This program is designed to be a 5-day-per-week commitment that focuses on the four big lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. It's 3 blocks of 4 weeks. Our aim is to provide you with a periodized program that will help you achieve maximal strength gains. To make the process as convenient as possible, we have created a coaching app called Trainerize, which will give you access to your own personal login. With the app, you will be able to watch exercise videos, receive helpful tips, and track your progress.
