Graduating from a Bachelors of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019, I spent a year focusing on personal growth, mindset training, and physical training with The Man That Can Project. All while kicking off my Performance Coaching with Function Well group classes.

I have a passion for health within an active lifestyle with a specific focus on mobility and functionality within training. This focus ensures we can achieve our absolute potential; get the most out of life both physically and mentally.

I have a background within karate coaching for both competition and grading, starting in 2013. I am also studying a Masters degree in Education.
