This program is designed to get you through the first trimester of your pregnancy. This program is developed around movements that are functional for pregnancy, with an emphasis on core work and foundational movements.
Your second trimester is when you feel the best! Energy levels are up, morning sickness is down and a lot of any negative side effects you may have had have subsided. Let's capitalize on that and continue to build on the foundation from the first trimester.
Your last trimester of pregnancy is a crazy one mama! You are starting to get tired again, you are getting bigger, which can mean increased discomfort in movement.
