This is a 9 week training phase designed to train and build your inner athlete. By committing to this training program, you will develop your aerobic capacity, endurance, stamina, and tough-willed mindset. This is going to optimally prepare you for Hyrox and empower you to approach the start line with confidence and crush the event like a savage all while having fun! This program consists of 4 workouts a week. 3 running based workouts and 1 metcon style workout. Training for anything, even life, is more fun with the accountability and support from a community.
