Let's Goooooo!!! If you attend The Fort regularly, you are already a savage athlete. You're not afraid of burpees, heavy sleds, or row machines. You're ready for hard workouts and a long THAW doesn't scare you. BUT-- how is your running, tho?? The secret to success in HYROX lies in the running and conditioning. How GOOD are you at running WHILE recovering? In this program, we will build endurance, speed, grit, and strength. This program comes with 3 run-specific workouts and 1 metcon workout per week and 4 passes to our in-person SUPER Special THAW Days designed specifically for HYROX training. This program comes with full access to your coach, Jess and biweekly Zooms with this community to talk about your training and build excitement and support as we get ready to crush it.
