This combines nutrition coaching with a customized workout routine, including cardio and stretching, to help you achieve your goals in the fastest time frame possible. General Coaching is the best option for optimizing your results, as it allows your coach to take full control over your nutrition, lifting, and cardio regimens. General Coaching also allows for constant feedback, form corrections, and adjustments to your training program.

Whether you just want to learn how to make better food choices, or you're looking to optimize your diet for an event you have, I can help. My nutrition coaching takes into account YOUR lifestyle. I provide guidance, macros, or meal plans based on your needs. These are not cookie cutter programs. Coaching comes with 1 weekly check-in (required) along with 24hr access to me via this app to ask questions.
Powerlifting Coaching takes full control over your training, from nutrition to lifting to cardio. Your training will be periodized to your specific goals. Hypertrophy blocks will use RIR/RPE while strength blocks will utilize percentages and RPE for accessories. Weekly videos are required to provide form corrections. This coaching also includes peaking programs.
A full comprehensive plan for peaking you into a powerlifting meet, no matter how far out you are. Does not come with nutrition or water cut protocols, and no I don't offer water cut protocols. Unless you're setting ATWR or trying to win money, you shouldn't be cutting. Here's what I need: - The date of the meet. - Your goal SBD numbers - Your previous best SBD numbers from a meet (or gym if you've never competed) - Your best SBD gym lifts (1rm) - Your best SBD gym lifts (3rm) - Videos of 1rm failures on SBD (to address weak points) - Your current workout plan
