About Tristan

I first started personal training when I was 18 and built up my business working in gyms and online. I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients from athletes to older populations specializing in strength and conditioning, weight loss and post op recovery. From this experience I have learnt the most effective methods for fat loss and conditioning. With my experience you'll find achieving your goals much easier. You'll have my full support and dedication throughout my training programs as well as receive extensive nutrition and exercise coaching. I am passionate and with over 10 years experience coaching people I know that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I competed in tennis and diving at national level so have developed a wide range of training techniques. My main goal is to ensure that you are educated properly on nutrition, exercise and mindset to ensure you develop healthy, life long habits.
