EVERY EQUIPMENT NEED COVERED Full equipment, minimal equipment, and bodyweight-only exercises are all included in our training plan so you never need to worry about training at home, in the gym, or when you are on the go. Our app caters for simple exercise swaps at the click of a button. AVOID INJURIES & OVERTRAINING Our programming is built with a purpose. Every training block factors in time for recovery and the workouts are designed in a way to make sure you are performing at your best all of the time. Most training plans struggle with being balanced - but with our plan, you’ll build muscle from head to toe, without overtaxing any one area at a time. I’ve always been captivated by what the human body can achieve, fueled by a passion for sports and performance. This fascination set the stage for my career in sports injury rehabilitation.
I pursued a degree in Sports Management & Coaching, a three-year journey that deepened my understanding of the sports industry and refined my coaching skills. I grabbed every chance to work with top-level sports teams across various disciplines, learning from the best in sports and exercise medicine.
Through this exploration, I realized my true calling was in injury rehabilitation. I moved to London to dive into Sports Rehabilitation studies, collaborating with sports teams and gaining valuable clinical experience. When I returned, my career took a leap forward as I began working with the Meath GAA Football Team and launched Camden Sports Clinic, helping a diverse range of clients achieve remarkable recoveries.
COVID-19 brought unexpected challenges, temporarily closing my practice. During this uncertain time, I discovered the powerful impact of remote rehabilitation. Through Telehealth appointments and rehab programming, I was able to assist people far beyond my local area, building a service model focused on accountability and support.
The lockdown also gave me the chance to earn a qualification in Strength & Conditioning, enhancing my ability to guide patients from the acute phase of their injuries to long-term recovery, leading to healthier, pain-free lives.
Today, my mission is to help people post-surgery integrate back into exercise safely, following a strength-focused plan that allows them to get back to what they love doing the most. I dedicate myself to helping CEOs, business professionals, and everyday individuals reclaim their health and achieve their fitness goals, backed by professional excellence and compassionate care.
