Nina attended Naugatuck High School and played soccer, basketball, and always had a passion for sports. After graduating Naugatuck High School in 2014, Nina attended Southern Connecticut State University. Spring semester of 2018 Nina earned an intern position at Yale University and had the opportunity to work with Ivy League athletes who later went to play professional sports. In 2018 she graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Human Performance. Also in the spring of 2018 Nina joined our team at The Club Health & Fitness. Nina is the coach for our Sports Performance Program and has worked with various athletes of all ages and levels. Nina completed her Personal Training Certification, and DNA Fitness Coach Certification through ISSA. Currently Nina coaches the Girl’s Soccer team at Watertown High School, and has been coaching for the past 4 years.
