You may know me for my character "VENOM" on NBC's hit show, American Gladiators. I have been a personal trainer for 22 years believing in a holistic approach — focusing on the mind, body and spirit. I help people achieve their personal fitness goals and keep my clients lean and strong! I am a National Fitness Champion that has overcome two serious knee injuries to pursue a career as a professional athlete. After earning a degree in Exercise Science, I established my personal training business while traveling the world for fitness conventions and competitions as a WEIDER endorsed athlete. I wrote a fitness & nutrition book entitled The Natural Way — The Holistic Guide To Total Mind-Body, Health & Fitness. I am also a certified JOGA Coach Yoga for Athletes) and a Yoga instructor.
