Originally a big city dreamer from New York, I swapped my circus acrobat ambitions for a love of the hospitality industry. After many successful years in San Francisco's vibrant bar and restaurant scene, I hit a wall with the late nights and unhealthy habits. That's when I decided to hit reset and find a healthier balance. This shift sparked my ambition to learn as much as possible about health and fitness, leading me to understand our bodies as intricate systems requiring an integrated approach to thrive. Now, I'm dedicated to helping others find their path to deep health, blending my love of hospitality with a passion for wellness.
When I'm not geeking out over health stuff, I love exploring new restaurants and seeing live entertainment, from concerts and comedy shows to magic acts. I’m an avid reader of sci-fi and comic books, and enjoy rock climbing and hiking around the Bay Area. Traveling the world is a passion of mine, and I’m always up for some friendly competition in any game.
