My name is Carmen Del Mastro and I am fitness and health professional who has held numerous positions in industry-including floor & small group trainer, personal training manager/director at a large health club, as well as an exercise physiologist at one of the top rehabilitation facilities in the Philadelphia area.

I discovered my dedication to fitness and health after playing Division I baseball at Temple University, leading to a short stint as a professional player. Now I dedicate myself to educating clients and athletes alike on the proper techniques and training methods.
