I am Coach Lee, and I proudly serve as the Founder and Head Coach of Temples Fitness & Coaching LLC. As a dedicated U.S. Army Soldier currently on active duty, I bring a unique blend of leadership and discipline to my coaching approach.

My educational background includes an Associates and Bachelors in Sports and Health Sciences, as well as a Masters of Arts in Life Coaching and Exercise Sciences. I am currently a second-year PhD student pursuing a doctoral degree in the Health Sciences. My ultimate passion lies in empowering others to achieve their lifelong goals, and I firmly believe that strengthening the body - the Temple - is a powerful way to do so.
