Pregnancy can be extremely hard on a woman's body - especially her core (including lower back, pelvic floor, glutes and abdominal). Our goal with the Strong As A Mother Postpartum Program is to help you heal these muscles after trauma, ease you back into exercise and safely get you back to doing what you love, in whatever timeframe that may look like for you. The winner will be determined with a score based on points accumulated through the challenges AND the physical transformation made.
