What does it mean to have me as your online coach? It means I’ll be the architect of the design you are following. We will use a video guided training program for you to follow, you will be on the phone with me personally (3 catch-up sessions a week). We will cover your diet, hormones, metabolism, sleep, cardio and much more. we will have ongoing communication for the next 4 weeks. If you want to keep going then great, if you’d like to stop and continue at a later date..that’s also ok. We will come up with a gym program and a home program if needed.
This program was designed for those with a lot of experience in the gym. specifically weight lifting and hiit cardio.
This program is ideal if you have very little experience in the gym and would like to start slowly.
If you have some experience with weightlifting and would like to shed some fat, this program is perfect for you.
