    This hybrid program allows you to complete the "challenge" on your own, with us at TBS, or a combination of both! This is the first time we have adapted for the challenge to be completed from anywhere and we're so excited to help anyone make the lifestyle changes they need to be their best! During the 6 weeks, we will guide you through the main pillars of health and fitness; Exercise, Nutrition, Supplementation, and Accountability. - You will gain access to the Tedesco Body Shop Facility for open gym and classes. If you choose to complete the challenge anywhere else, that is fine too! - You will receive Nutrition Guides, Workbooks, Recipes, and Coaching to take all the guesswork out of what you should eat! Our Certified Nutrition Coaches will help you adapt these habits to your lifestyle. - We will keep you accountable for completing no less than 3 weekly workouts and staying engaged with our coaches!

    Welcome to the Tedesco Body Shop training and nutrition app! We are so excited to work with you and begin a journey of a lifetime together! The first week of this program we will ensure you are ready for your workouts. Remember, during your time working with us on the app, you will have access to tracking workout stats, tracking nutrition, steps, sleep, or anything else health related! If you message through the portal, our coaches will get back to you within 24 hours!

    Strong Start 2026: 4-Week Workout + Habit Coaching Program. This program is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational strength, improve daily habits, and create lasting momentum in their health journey.     4 Week Guided Workouts Programmed To Help You Prep For The MURPH! In this four week guide, you will have 5 workouts each week that progress in difficulty getting you prepped for the big day! If you are doing the MURPH with us AT Tedesco Body Shop, it is the Saturday before Memorial Day at 8 AM. If you are doing it at home or anywhere else, you can schedule it whenever is best for you! This program is designed to be done the 4 weeks leading up to the event, but if you need to increase difficulty or length of training, that is what we are here to help you with!

Hi!
My name is Nat Tedesco owner of Tedesco Body Shop Fitness in Murrysville, PA. It is my duty to help you fall in love with the health and fitness journey while creating sustainable results.

Helping you build daily habits, enjoying the process, and loving the results is the name of the game!

I have been training since my senior year of high school, served in the US Army Reserve as a Psychological Operations Specialist for 8 years, and now a father of 5 amazing kids.
If you are a busy parent, trust me, I understand.

I can provide fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching along with daily accountability, and together we can customize a plan to help you finally get (and stay) where you feel healthy, confident, and happy!
