I'll handle that and ensure your form during your training and correct you if necessary. Knowledge and experience: I'm up to date with industry trends and training methods, which will save you time from doing all the research yourself. Push your limits: I don't know what you can do... but neither do you, but I'll find out. Hold you accountable: Sometimes, the toughest battle is getting to the gym or working out at home.
