I'm an Air Force veteran, former D1 football player at US Air Force Academy. I'm a current IFBB Pro Men's Physique competitor and Olympian coach since 2013. I've coached multiple competitors to win both Natural and IFBB pro cards, countless overall and class winners. I also specialize in Body Transformation programs helping all types of people who want to reach their health and fitness goals. I have an effective program that focuses on not just losing weight, but burning fat and building muscle. Many of my every day clients have progressed rapidly and competed in physique competitions. As a competition coach, I focus on NPC/IFBB competition coaching including women's Bikini, Figure, Wellness and Men's Physique divisions.
