Monthly training program is 100% online program where you will receive workout programs tailored to your needs and abilities along with nutritional coaching that will help you reach your goals. Your coach will also help you learn to establish healthy daily habits along the way. Open communication via app messaging with your coach through the app the entire time! You will also have a video call once a month to check progress, answer questions, and to go over your results for the month and make adjustments as needed.
With this add on, for just $14.75 a session, you will get a one on one video call once a week where you and your coach can have an in-depth discussion about your plan face to face, set goals, Questions and answers, and even go over specific exercises/workouts and demonstration of form. Sessions typically last 30-45 Minutes.

I am a combat Veteran with 15 years in the Army. Fitness and body composition have been a huge part of my military career, not just for combat readiness or career progression but for personal health and wellness. I have help hundreds of Soldiers improve their fitness and body composition to better their lives and careers and now I am turning my focus to those outside the military who want to improve their fitness, health and wellness also! I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Between my military experience and my civilian education certifications, I am well equipped with the tools and knowledge to help other achieve healthier lives!

Training is more than knowing how to develop a workout program or how the body moves. Knowing how to motivate and lead others towards change is equally as important. I am well versed in motivation and leadership from both my military background and my BA in Leadership.
