With a double Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and 30 years in the industry, I have found my passion for helping others. I have a deep knowledge of the body, injuries and recovery, nutrition, and mental health support. I love group fitness and helping individuals learn to love their bodies and reach goals that they have often times set for themselves year after year with little success. As a mom of 3 teens, I know how difficult it can be to fit that tine in. I help clients navigate fitness and nutrition within the terms of their lifestyle.
