I have been a certified fitness professional since 1995 - and have owned my own brick and mortar studio since 2014. I have trained everyone from men, children who are athletes to pregnant women to fitness competitors ! I am a mother of two and a fitness competitor with TriFitness Challenge since 2001. I most recently with through the GIFT internship program at The Gray Institute of Physical Therapy and am considered a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. let me help YOU move well!
