I attended my first Weight Watchers meeting when I was just 12 years old. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. My weight has yo yo'd my entire life and I did not get it under control until I was 31 years old. I rejoined Weight Watchers at an all high time weight of 315 lbs. Over a year and half through dieting and exercise I lost 100 lbs. During that year and half I chose to help others lose weight and change their lives forever and became a certified personal trainer. Anything is possible and the only limitations we have are those we set upon ourselves.
