It takes 28 days to form a habit. This four-week challenge sets you up to do exactly that by giving you simple challenges that work with your schedule and ability level. The goal isn’t to lose weight, but rather to just get excited about movement and form healthy habits that'll carry over for the rest of the year. To start things off, you’ll take a fitness test that will establish your baseline so you can set your fitness goals. Then, each day will present a new strength, cardio, or recovery challenge to help you reach those goals. The program officially starts on January 4th, which should give you a few days to clear some space in your schedule and get completely ready.
