x12 - In-studio partner fitness coaching sessions. *Below is a review of the session policies and procedures. These were also noted in your fitness coaching agreement. Your purchase notes acknowledgement and acceptance. SESSION POLICIES & PROCEDURES: - Non-Refundable Sessions: All personal fitness coaching sessions are non-refundable. - Session Expiry: Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase, with exceptions for emergencies or injuries. - Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a session to avoid the above mentioned amount for in person coaching sessions. - Emergency Rescheduling: In emergencies, best effort will be made to reschedule your session, in addition to your regular schedule. The rescheduled session must occur within 10 days of the original date. This policy is up to the discretion of the coach, who reserves the right to refuse rescheduling in cases of frequent or excessive last minute cancellations.

I'm Marci Perry, the driving force behind ‘Sustainable Movement’. My coaching journey started in 2016 at a prominent box gym, where I rose to be one of their top coaches. When the pandemic forced gyms to close, I seized the opportunity to create my own space, turning 500 sq ft into a private fitness studio.
From soccer in college to seven years of competitive roller derby, my athletic background sprouted my passion for movement and strength. Nowadays, I find my joy in cultivating meaningful relationships, playing in the Colorado mountains year-round, and enjoying all that the Denver metro area has to offer during the summer.
At Sustainable Movement, my mission goes beyond fitness—it's about enduring, holistic wellness. Guided by Michael Pollan's wisdom to “Eat food. Not too much; Mostly plants”, I advocate for balanced nutrition centered around fresh food. I believe that best practices for health inside the body are inherently best practices for the sustainability of your environment.
I excel with clients eager to move and be their best. Whether athletes overcoming overuse injuries, beginners finding their gym confidence, or mature adults seeking balance and vitality. My clients range from their 30s to 70s, and I welcome friend groups and couples for tandem training.
