Considering personal training? This session is the perfect place to start. During this complimentary assessment, we’ll discuss your goals, training history, and evaluate how your body moves through key patterns such as squatting, hinging, core stability, and mobility. This helps identify strengths, limitations, and the best approach for your training. You’ll also get a feel for my coaching style and how we might work together moving forward. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss next steps and whether personal training together would be a good fit. Over the course of ten sessions, we’ll work through a structured approach to strength training, mobility, and movement quality designed to support your goals and lifestyle.
