For the next four weeks, we're going to try to re-instill those healthy habits that you started off strong with at the beginning of the year, but maybe you started a little too strong and couldn't stay on track with your initial goals. Accomplishing different habits will earn you different amounts of points, and you'll be able to see where you stand among other group members. We will be tracking habit points through the app, but there will be a movement leader board in the gym to keep better track of exercise/movement challenges completed. -Workout/Fitness class completed=5 points -Weekly movement completed=10 points* (will be added to total at end of challenge) -Habits completed: 5 points each -Random WODs/objectives posted to the group: 10 points The challenge winner will receive 1 month free unlimited classes OR 2 free PT sessions there will also be a runner up, chosen by a random drawing to recieve 50% off their next month OR 1 free PT session
