Hi! I'm Kristi, an absolute health and fitness enthusiast to its purest definition. Every aspect of my life revolves around fitness to some extent, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I plan what I do each day around when I'm able to workout, and I'm more likely to cancel plans on a friend than I am to cancel my own workout, much to their disdain. Having worked in-person with clients from just about every walk of life for the last 9 years, I've found having that passion for fitness doesn't necessarily hold true for most of my clients, and fitness is merely a small portion of their lives-which is okay! I do the best that I can to make training a fun process for my clients and hope that you'll trust me to do the same for you.
