Summer is winding down, and schedules are starting to become more regular again-Let's get back on track with our healthy habits, and exercise routines! For the next four weeks, we're going to try to re-instill those healthy habits that you started off strong with at the beginning of the year, but maybe got pushed to the wayside over the course of the summer. Accomplishing different habits will earn you different amounts of points, and you'll be able to see where you stand among other group members. -Workout/Fitness class completed=5 points -Cardio, run/walk/bike/elliptical/etc. completed=3 points -Daily habit-each day of the week has a particular focus. Accomplish that=10 points -Weekly food log- each participant will have specific macronutrient goals, if 3 week days + 1 weekend day full of food is logged=20 points *Maximum of 1 workout/fitness class and 1 cardio event per day! The challenge winner will receive access to our 6-week Functional Body 1.0 program-their choice of full gym or at home. Program includes 3 total body strength days + 2 core/cardio days over the course of 6 weeks.
