I am a strength and flexibility coach with over 10 years of experience working with clients in-person and online.
My style blends strength and conditioning with old school strongman, Olympic weightlifting and flexibility to build bendy strong bodies.
I work with people who want to be stronger and more mobile.
As well as with anyone wanting to build a more masc physique through training - or who is planning on getting or already had top surgery.

Programmes included:
Chaos - a blend of strength, flexibility and old school training methods for a fun and challenging way to get stronger and more mobile
Foundations - 3-4 sessions a week to help build the skills and strength you need to do Chaos
Trans Masc Builder - an 18 week programme focussing on building some upper body size and a more masc physique, with two full body sessions and two upper body focussed sessions a week, plus some flexibility across your upper chest, back and shoulders
Push-Pull-Legs: 5 sessions a week, 3 strength + 1 conditioning + 1 cardio
Weightlifting MIN: just 2 olympic weightlifting sessions a week, designed to work around whatever else you're doing
Home (Dumbbells): 3 sessions a week, building strength and muscle mass. Can be done from home, just need some dumbbells.
Add-ons:
Handstands: A handstand programme that can be added to any of the above programmes, or done on its own, by handstand expert Meg Spurgeon.
Flexibility: Front splits and side split protocols to add to your routine
Flexibility: Bridge protocols to add to your routine
Engine: A gym-based conditioning programme to build a solid fitness base.
Move & Groove: A collection of mobility sessions to do at home or in the gym, as well as some little blocks of conditioning sessions
WL MIN: An Olympic Weightliting programme, 2 sessions a week, designed to be done alongside your other training. This helps you hit the minimum effective dose to keep making progress in your oly lifting, alongside whatever else you're doing
