A 3 week progressive daily ab workout. Perform the same 4 minute workout days 1-7 before progressing into days 8-14 by doing each movement a little bit longer and finally finish off the challenge with increasing the difficulty of each move and the length of time to 60 seconds each. This is a great program for a beginner but would be a great addition to anyone already working out and wanting to focus on strengthening the core.

The workouts will bring you back to the basics for the 1st 3 weeks before adding in some fun dynamic cardio-pumping workouts in the final 3 weeks. Workout can be done in the studio or on your app from anywhere! Your nutrition program will include calorie and macros goals + healthy recipes for you to incorporate into your lifestyle. Daily habit coaching will keep you focused on the main daily habits that give you results: Drinking 1/2 body weight in ounces of water, reading 10 pages of a personal development book, and tracking our nutrition.
