I have been practicing calisthenics for 6 years and have developed a strong passion for bodyweight training. Over the years, I have honed my skills in basic movements like push-ups, squats and pull-ups, and have progressed to more advanced skills like muscle ups, handstands and planche. I have competed and judged in a few calisthenics competition in Australia and have earned recognition for my strength, skill and dedication to the craft.
