I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at Striveletics Mobile Personal Training here in Kelowna, B.C, Canada. I started with Striveletics in fall of 2024, and started training clients alongside the Founder of Striveletics- Olivia Rabb. My passion is to make health & fitness accessible and enjoyable to all. In addition to my passion for fitness, I work as an Licensed Practical Nurse on the side. I strive to engage our community in education surrounding health promotion and the importance to your quality of life, activities of daily living, and lifespan. I am looking forward to meeting each and every client and help them pave the way to achieving their goals!
