About Stacie

My health journey started in 2019 when I decided I wanted to feel stronger and more in control of my routine. As a single mom with a full schedule, I needed a way to stay healthy that was realistic and sustainable.

At first, I tried everything — a lot of cardio, different diets, tracking my food, calculating macros. While those things can work, they didn’t feel realistic for me long-term. I needed something simpler that I could actually stick to.

I wasn’t looking for extremes or complicated plans. I needed structure. I needed something that fit into busy days and still delivered results.

Strength training became the foundation. It taught me discipline, consistency, and how powerful simple habits can be when you stick to them.

Over time, I realized most women don’t need more information — they need a clear plan that works in real life.

Now I help busy women build strength, lose body fat, and stay consistent without overthinking food or living in the gym.
