Together, we’ll design a program that supports your goals while honoring your body, helping you build strength, confidence, and resilience on your terms. This plan includes a 30-minute consultation each month to discuss your goals and needs. This plan will continue on a recurring monthly basis so you always have support and guidance. Price: $60/month

We’re Nicole and Cassidy, personal trainers with a combined experience of over two decades working specifically with women in these life stages.
