Strength Training for BJJ - 3 days a week of strength training focused on muscles you use in martial arts. Focus on push and pull movements and core. You will need access to a gym or have bar, db, kb and bench.
This plan focuses on all lower body! Building glutes and legs! You will need a gym and train 6 days a week.

Hi, I am Stephanie Trevino the owner of Strength of Body and Mind. I have a passion for helping others and transforming individuals and families into stronger, healthier, and more vibrant beings.
I went from being overweight and not active to competing in bodybuilding and earning my IFBB pro card in 2016. I have coached hundreds of women and men and taught them lifelong lessons in fitness and health.
I provide tailored nutrition and wellness programs to my clients and also address the mental blocks that hold them back. I am currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology and will use it to continue to grow her team in the world of health, wellness and sports. I am certified CrossFit L1 Trainer, nutritionist, and mental coach.
I am a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and own a martial arts school.
