I help Christian men & their families learn how to live a sustainably healthier & stronger life so that they may live BETTER and LONGER...
WHY? For the sake of a much-needed Christian resurgence in order to bless the world, beginning in the household and starting with men who are currently not fighting well in part because of excess weight, poor sleep & energy, irritability, feeling wimpy or weak, and/or lacking drive & leadership.
On the surface, this may look like sustainably dropping excess fat, adding muscle, running your first 5k, lowering your blood pressure, improving your metabolic health, and/or gaining much needed energy & drive.
Godly men should be men of "gravitas". If that's not you for any of the above reasons, we might be able to help.
You can come aboard our movement in a couple of ways:
1. Group App ($7/mo)
This is a great way to see what we're about. We are growing a movement of Christian men who are encouraging one another in their specific goals. This is also where I will post a variety of useful tips toward Christian fitness. This may come in the form of helpful podcasts, lifting tips, recipes, running tips, injury prevention, and more (see "More About Us" below for more details).

2. Personal Coaching ($150/mo)
If you have specific goals and need a plan, greater accountability and coaching, this might be the best option for you.
We first obtain baselines and then set up a personalized YEAR-LONG general plan for nutrition, cardiovascular & strength areas based on your goals. We then we give you more specific monthly, weekly, and daily plans through the app, where you'll have access to me any time for questions.
The monthly fee is $150/mo for ongoing coaching with full access to myself. This monthly fee you can cancel any time. You will have FREE membership into the group with signing up for the coaching.

More About the Group:
I will be posting at least weekly on topics including Cardio (What is zone 2 low HR training and how does it make you faster? How often should you run for the best health benefits?), Resistance Training (What's the difference between strength and hypertrophy and power training? How should you organize these different focuses with various nutrition focuses? How would you incorporate cardio with resistance training?), Testosterone (What's the situation? What have been the causes of low T? How do we address it?), Nutrition (Can metabolic health be improved and how? What blood markers are most important? What macro balance should we aim for with various goals?), and Theology of Fitness (What is the health status of men, today? Why should we care? How does it affect our Kingdom work?).
Men will also be able to share their goals, encourage one another toward hard work & discipline to achieve those goals, share favorite recipes, etc.
More About 1-on-1 Training:
We begin with an in-person or video assessment of your goals, your past exercise/diet experiences and your current baselines.
Based on these, I will develop a macroplan (full year) of your "seasons" (blocks) of approaches in the areas of cardiovascular activity, strength/exercise training and nutrition.
Through the Trainerize app, you will get daily tasks based on the "season" or block that you are in. This will include any specific workout that has been personalized for you, your total calories & macro breakdown for that day, any specific cardio workout or activity, and any other reminders or habits to pick up.
When it comes to fat loss, we take a systemized, progressive & periodized approach. This makes fat loss much more sustainable and achievable. We will walk you through each step and stage of recovering (or discovering) a sustainably healthy lifestyle over time.
For strength/exercise training, we will build a personalized plan that fits your schedule, resources (home gym vs commercial gym vs minimal equipment) and goals (adding muscle mass, leaning out, sport-specific strength, or just being functionally strong). This will also be periodized so that you are working through blocks of various training and not simply doing the same thing all year round.
For cardiovascular training, we specialize in making running enjoyable - even if you've never run before. We will alternatively work with you on periodizing (various training blocks) whatever cardio training you most enjoy. If you have an endurance-type event or events in the year, we teach you how to match your strength & cardio workouts to perform your best.
For all of the above, you'll have access to me at all times. I will be coaching you along the whole way.
