In all my years as a fitness pro, BTP-84 - "The Body Transformation Program - is the most wildly popular, most effective, and most talked-about muscle training program I've ever created. The program uses periodization in the form of including strength workouts and hypertrophy workouts, as well as a 12 week (84-day) cycle of progressively increasing intensity of effort (intensiveness). The BTP-84 workout is designed to develop muscle and build strength, and it's distinct from other workout programs because it's influenced more by the bodybuilding style of training and less by the powerlifting or strength athlete style. The BTP-84 workout system uses a 2-day upper - lower body split routine with an exercise rotation system, and a scientifically-based periodization system. There are 2 different upper body workouts and 2 different lower body + abs workouts, for a total of 4 workouts.
