About Ashley

My name is Ashley ward, I used to be a bus driver and weighed in at 26 stone at my biggest. I lead a very unhealthy lifestyle of fast food, energy drinks, no exercise which limited my lifestyle. One day I had a panic attack that I thought was a heart attack, I got checked out by the GP, I was told that my blood pressure was high, I had a high pulse rate and if I didn't change my ways I could have a heart attack, stroke or heart disease. I had a choice, either change my lifestyle and see my kids grow up or suffer with multiple health issues, or worse. I joined a gym and began my journey and started to take notice of the food and drink I was having and my weight and fitness began to improve. I'm now weighing in at 18st 10lbs and I'm fitter and stronger than ever before. My life changed when my wife gave birth to our 3rd child and I decided to change career's and now I'm a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and love helping people to achieve their goals and feel amazing and confident in themselves.
