About Brighton

My name is Brighton Jordan and I am your new personal trainer! I was born and raised in Moore, OK and graduated from Oklahoma City University with my degrees in Music and Kinesiology. After years of battling my own chronic pain conditions, my passion for naturopathic health has grown into a full-time job. On top of personal training, I am working on my Masters in Holistic Medicine from the Amercian College of Healthcare Sciences. My philosophy is to look at diet and exercise as fuel for our bodies to live better lives. My training incorporates functional aspects to better quality of life.
