Hi I’m Sophia, I am a personal trainer / online coach. I want to help you smash your goals and become the best version of yourself. Im here to push you beyond your limits and prove you can
achieve what seems impossible right now. I’m here to work with you every step along the way, working with
you to get the results you want. The bad news is there’s no shortcut to success. But don’t fear, the
good news is with the correct planning and consistency, you can get there. I’m here to help you build
the perfect program that’ll set you on the right path.
At first, going to the gym was something I did to lose weight. Over time, I fell in love with the journey
and it’s something that’s made me both physically and mentally stronger. It’s not been without its
challenges and graft. But every step, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction. I’ve gained
a lot of experience and expertise on my own journey, and now I want to share that with you.
I’ve also got a master’s degree in dance, so I’m also keen to use the dancefloor for fitness. Dancing is
a great way to stay flexible and mobile. If dance fitness is something you’re interested in, then I’m on
hand to guide you. I may have just become a qualified personal trainer, but I’m not stopping there. I
want to keep learning and find new ways of loving my profession, and I want to help you find your
passion too.
