This is a one hour online assessment followed up with a program design. The program is delivered through the monthly motivation program. Once your purchase the Fitness Assessment and Program Design, Heather will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions, please contact Heather or book a complimentary consultation. The assessment can be done in person at the studio if you prefer.

This is a 8 weight online program that is for people looking for help with motivation and organizing their health habits, fitness plan and nutrition choices. Heather does a fitness assessment, either in person or online and then plans your health and fitness journey. The program is uploaded to a fitness app for you to follow on your schedule. There will be daily reminders to focus on your health habits, do your workouts and track your nutrition. Get personalized workouts, menu plans, feedback, and motivating check-ins from Heather. Workouts have videos to follow, delivered to your device and you do them when and where you want. Eight weeks of focused fitness! Once you purchase, you will get an email with instructions on how to download the app and how to get started. Heather will contact you to book the online assessment after purchase.
