Andrea LeDoux is the founder of Doux Fitness and is an accomplished Personal trainer, nutrition and competition prep coach. Those who have worked with Drea know that she is passionate about living a truly healthy balanced lifestyle. Drea embarked on her fitness journey in 2009 when she began taking steps to improve her health. She started out by just going to the gym and thanks to her sister’s motivation she persisted.

Drea’s passion then developed into helping herself and others reach their fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Her goal is to help others take control of their health with sustainable and realistic nutrition and exercise programs that focus on internal and external health.
