I’ve always had a passion for fitness, nutrition and bodybuilding and started competing in my 20s.
After earning my pro card and placing second in my first bodybuilding competition, I became inspired to pursue a career in fitness training.
I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember. I was the captain of my basketball team which led us to numerous victories, earning many gold medals and becoming state champions. Since then, I’ve trained in various sports such as boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, golf, snowboarding, and I love activities like hiking and rock climbing and longboarding. I also love participating in extreme races and challenges like the Spartan race.
My biggest challenge was physiological and hormonal changes after becoming a mom at age 37. I was tired, sleep-deprived, had zero core strength, and faced gym closures due to COVID-19.
After overcoming the struggles that many women go through when it comes to weight loss, my pain became my purpose, and it became my mission to help other moms transform their lives.
I believe that fitness is a lifelong endeavour and it's never too late to get started, no matter what age you are in!
