After much time working in the nightlife and hitting rock bottom in what seemed in all aspects of life, I discovered my true calling in fitness and later in bodybuilding. This journey ignited a passion for competing, leading me to become the first American wellness competitor to compete in the division,and eventuallyu, becoming an IFBB Pro. With over 8 years of experience, training and learning under some of the best coachesh in the sport and industry, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients achieve diverse goals - from weight loss and strength training to creating personalized meal plans and coaching in bodybuilding and lifestyle transformations. My approach goes beyond elevating physiques; it’s about enhancing mental well-being and building self-confidence, helping clients thrive both in body and mind.
